always say i love you to your child

based on my own experiences because of my fathers lack of love i have always felt unloved.
i was one of 4 children born to parents who should not have had kids. my mom was somewhat
loving but she was always stressed from raising us alone and my dad was absent, he would call once a week or come visit once a year or two. never enough to develop a real relationship, i still
talk to him on the phone maybe once a week and he never says i love you, unless i say it first then he says me too. I have went through life with dysfunctional relationships with men who are
unloving also. i think if my parents were more loving i would have a better self worth. so who ever reads this remember that even if you are a long distant parent just those words can make your child feel love then they can give that in return. i tell my daughter that everytime i talk to her and i love her more than anything in the world which i know she will in turn give her children the same. three simple words i love you, can make someone know that there life is worth living and give them the self confidence in life they need to suceed. try it today.
